It’s Friday, so that means that today I am turning my attention to figuring out what we will be eating this week. I haven’t tried these recipes yet, so it will be interesting to see how they turn out.
I think I am going to focus on soups this week. Soups are sometimes easy to make, generally create leftovers for lunches the next day, can easily be made ahead, and can even be frozen for longevity.
I think I will experiment with some protein sources for the soups as well, like maybe some ground beef or chicken. Since we do need some variety in our lives, I will add in 2 non soup recipes.
